missingWrote a review on 10 Deccomplimentary breakfastcoffee machinecramped room
The complimentary breakfast offered toast and cereal, a nice touch considering it was free. Coffee machine in reception available for a quick fix.
The Budget Double or Twin Room was cramped with paper-thin walls. could hear general noises and the lift running all night. The elevator barely fit two people and moved like molasses. No kettle or fridge in the room limited conveniences, and having to leave the key at reception created unnecessary delays when returning to the room.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of
Madrid's vibrant Gran Via district. The staff were extraordinarily friendly, which enhanced our stay. Although the room was a bit compact, it was comfortable and well-maintained. It was indeed a peaceful retreat amidst the city's hustle, making our stay enjoyable overall.

absolutely not worth the hype! my room was right next to the rattling elevator, making it hard to sleep, and the bathroom felt like a relic of the past. i expected a warm welcome or even a room upgrade for such atrocious conditions, but alas. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn't. never again!

Located just a half block from Gran Via, accessibility was a huge plus. It made getting around the city super easy. Checking in was smooth, and the staff provided great tips on nearby attractions. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well, keeping the space comfortable throughout my stay. I really appreciated that there was a coffee machine in the lobby for a quick caffeine fix. However, I did face a few issues. The wifi was notoriously unreliable, changing passwords multiple times during my stay without any communication. Noise from other rooms was bothersome at times, likely due to the thin walls. Also, I felt a bit cramped in the Budget Double or Twin Room, which could use more sound insulation. Despite these setbacks, the location made it worthwhile for sightseeing.

Solo traveler must try
Staying here was a treat the staff were nice and took care of everything we needed. Our room was always clean and cozy, and it was great having a coffee machine in the lobby for a quick hit.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but still worth it for the quality and location.

The location is excellent! It’s in the dead center of the city, perfect for sightseeing. The staff were incredibly friendly and offered assistance with local tours. Breakfast had a lovely variety, especially the croissants (yummy! ).
However, the air conditioning struggled a bit, making it warm in the room at times.
